Set up CitaCal in 10 minutes
From signup to a live booking link with attribution tracking — here's the fastest path.
- 1Create your accountGo to citacal.com/signup and sign up with email or Google. No credit card, no trial period — CitaCal is free.
- 2Connect your calendarIn Settings → Profile & Availability, click 'Connect Google'. Approve the calendar permission. CitaCal will now check your real availability and write confirmed bookings to your calendar.
- 3Set your working hoursStill in Settings, use the 7-day availability editor to set the days and hours you want to accept meetings. This is your global default.
- 4Create a meeting linkGo to Scheduling → click '+ New Page'. Name it (e.g. '30-min Demo'), choose a duration, and save. Your booking link is immediately live.
- 5Share it with UTMs attachedYour link looks like
citacal.com/book?event=demo-30min. When sharing from ads, always append UTMs:?utm_source=linkedin&utm_campaign=q1. CitaCal captures them automatically.

If you run paid ads, CitaCal's entire value is in those UTM parameters. Always append them — and your ad platform's click IDs too (e.g.
&gclid={gclid} for Google Ads, &li_fat_id={li_fat_id} for LinkedIn).
